We structure and source senior, mezzanine and whole-loan facilities across the capital stack. Our lender relationships span UK clearing banks, insurance companies and specialist debt funds, enabling us to access the broadest possible universe of capital for each mandate.

We advise real estate platforms on JV structuring, co-investment mandates and fund capital raises. Our established relationships with institutional investors – including pension funds, sovereign wealth and global asset managers – are central to how we originate and execute equity mandates.

Rowern Wong brings 15 years of experience spanning investment banking at Rothschild, principal real estate investing at Macquarie, and leading the investment team at General Projects – a £2bn UK real estate developer whose institutional JV partners include KKR, the British Airways Pension Fund, LaSalle and TPG Angelo Gordon.

Alex Maxwell-Scott brings the operational rigour of a British Army officer and the commercial acuity of senior roles in equity capital markets at BlackRock and debt advisory at CBRE, where he personally deployed in excess of £1.4bn across institutional real estate mandates.

Rowern has spent over a decade acquiring, financing and developing real estate – first at Rothschild and Macquarie, then as Chief Investment Officer at General Projects, a £2bn UK real estate development platform. He brings deep relationships across the institutional lending and investment community, alongside a track record of structuring complex, multi-party transactions from origination through to close.

An Oxford MBA (Saïd Business School), he combines the precision and composure of military command with sharp capital markets judgement across equity and debt.
